PMP 3 - Team Work and Managing People (Third Edition)
This course focuses on how to acquire and negotiate for people's time to work on projects, to depict roles and responsibilities, and to discover the essentials of good people management, including the skills to motivate, develop, report on performance and manage conflict.
After completing this course you will be able to:
- Understand staffing in the context of an organization and project
- Recruit people for a project
- Depict roles and responsibilities graphically
- Depict people and their time allocated to a project on a resource histogram
- Employ effective people management, including how to motivate, develop, and manage teams and resolve conflicts
- Understand the general approaches to decision-making, and how they might be applied to project scenarios
