PMP 10 - Project Procurement Management (Third Edition)
This course considers how procurement works in project management, and the steps taken in contracting including the types of contracts, purchase orders, make-or-buy analysis, and the procurement management plan.
After completing this course you will be able to:
Define procurement within the context of a project
Understand the elements of the project management plan
Understand the various phases of contracting, including the techniques associated with selecting sellers

Prerequisites: Learners should have some experience in project management and will need to have access to the Project Management Institute's A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, Third Edition (PMBOK® Guide).
