PMP 2 - Project Processes (Third Edition)
This course explores many of the key issues surrounding the model of good project management, including five ongoing processes that flow through a project life cycle. This course emphasizes the beginning of a project: selecting a project manager and running the project kick-off meeting.
After completing this course you will be able to:
- Understand the main processes involved in project management and what they entail
- Practice ways to use the Internet in Project Management
- Identify a candidate for the role of Project Manager
- Lead a kick-off meeting

This course is self-paced and online. You will have access to this course for 30 days. Upon successful completion, you will receive a Winchester Center for Management Development certificate of completion.
Target Audience: This course is designed for adult learners with some project management experience.

Prerequisites: Learners should have some experience in project management and will need to have access to the Project Management Institute's A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, Third Edition (PMBOK® Guide).
