PMP 5 - Project Scoping and Tracking (Third Edition)
This course focuses on how to scope a project and develops and understanding of a work breakdown structure. Learners will discover what it means to lead a team over a project's life, tracking and reviewing its progress with reports and meetings.

Prerequisites: Learners should have some experience in project management and will need to have access to the Project Management Institute's A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, Third Edition (PMBOK® Guide).
