PMP 4 - Project Communications (Third Edition)
This course focuses on the definition of effective communication and how it can be applied to project management. Learners will develop an understanding of the communication plan and will participate in a case study to practice overcoming communication challenges.

This course is self-paced and online. You will have access to this course for 30 days. Upon successful completion, you will receive a Winchester Center for Management Development certificate of completion.
Target Audience: This course is designed for adult learners with some project management experience.

Prerequisites: Learners should have some experience in project management and will need to have access to the Project Management Institute's A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, Third Edition (PMBOK® Guide).
